Happy Spring Break

Updated: Jun 29, 2021

The health and safety of our dancers, families, and faculty are our utmost priority. Each of us plays an active role in maintaining our community’s wellness. While vaccinations and more relaxed CDC regulations have offered hope for a return to normalcy, it is more crucial than ever that we remain diligent and remember that our individual actions determine the remainder of this dance season and the beginning of the next.

The CDC recommends the following mitigation measures to slow the spread of COVID-19:

  • Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth.

  • Stay 6 feet apart from others.

  • Get a COVID vaccine when it is available to you.

  • Avoid crowds and poorly ventilated indoor spaces.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water. Use hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available.

For the health and safety of our community, we are recommending that, if you travel out of state during spring break, you test and receive a negative result prior to returning to class.

Additionally, I have attached a list of instructions should you discover that you are a close contact of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

I am taking all precautions to prevent and slow of spread of COVID and will continue to update our COVID response on our website. Please visit www.betsydaily.com to learn more.

Our dancers’ and families’ health and safety is my top priority. I am so grateful that we have been able to keep dancing throughout this year and look forward to guiding our students through an unprecedented competition and performance season. Please reach out to me with any questions and I will be happy to help.

Best,

Betsy
