Before Betsy Daily was a staple of the Main Line and dance education communities, Betsy Daily was one of Tony Grant’s “Stars of Tomorrow” at Atlantic City’s famed Steel Pier. Today, her “Gold Team” dancers will be featured at Atlantic City's Resorts Casino “Swing into Christmas” event supporting the Marine Corps. Toys for Tots. For decades, Betsy has continued her mentor, Tony Grant's, tradition of cultivating fiercely talented performers so this occasion is a homecoming--it's even hosted by fellow Star of Tomorrow, Jim “The Singing Lifeguard” Craine.
Tony Grant’s “Stars of Tomorrow” series set the stage for Betsy’s fierce love of performing and teaching. Her studio, Betsy Daily School of Performing Arts, has been a staple of the Main Line community for over forty years, igniting the creative spark in thousands of young performers and developing them into artists who enjoy careers with the Rockettes, Cirque du Soleil, Disney, and more. But for Betsy, performing arts education is more than the success she can help her students achieve on the stage. Her greatest ambition is to nurture each student’s potential and, like her mentor on the Steel Pier, challenge and inspire students to create success in life as well as in the arts.
