Acro is known for melding classical dance technique with precise acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character and unique choreography.

Our Acro class is designed to improve the strength, flexibility, and overall athleticism of every dancer. Whether your child was born tumbling and turning, or prefers to have both feet on the ground at all times, our Acro classes will help your child become stronger and more flexible in the back, upper body, and abdominal muscles through the use of gymnastic skills.  Our instructors are highly-trained to guide and support students during all exercises, creating the perfect environment for learning and practicing acrobatic movement. We teach everything from basic stretching and somersaults to ariels and handsprings, and encourage students of all levels of experience to join in for this fun, educational class!
