Registration Fees are non-refundable

Company Registration – Registration + $50.00 total $75.00

Notice of withdrawal from a registered class must be made in writing to the Director and request for termination of payment for future classes will be determined on an individual basis

Classes with fewer than 6 students are subject to cancellation or a change in fee structure.  The Director will directly discuss options for the class.

Tuition

Tuition includes classes, semi-private and private lessons.

Due on or before student’s first class of each month.  There are 10 payments.

Monthly Class Tuition payment is non refundable.  If a student chooses not to be in the recital – Partial class tuition is not acceptable.

Tuition received after 10^th of the month is subject to $25.00 late fee.  An additional $25.00 will be added every month for every month thereafter tuition and fee are not received. Returned Checks and declined credit cards will be charged $25.00 for each instance.

Automatic Monthly Payments using credit cards is available through sign-up.

Vacation Schedule

Our studio uses the vacation days of the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District as a guideline.  Unless notified otherwise, there are no classes on:

Thanksgiving and Friday                      Winter Week following 25 December

Costume and Recital Fees

Recital Agreements and Costume Fees are due in early November  exact date will be via  written communication from studio.  Please notify the studio in writing by 5 January, if your child does not plan to be in recital.  Child may continue in class.

Costume Fees are non-refundable after commitment; even if the student withdraws.

Fees for Individual Classes

Individual classes are available with permission of Director at a cost of $15.00

Private Class Fees are $35.00 per half hour; Semi-Private (2-6) $30.00 per half hour.

Missed Classes, Privates, Semi-Privates … can be made up by arrangement with the teacher within 30 days.  No refunds or credits for missed classes, privates, semi-privates.  It is the student’s responsibility to initiate make-ups.

Inclement Weather Cancellations … no refund or credits.  Student may attend makeup classes

Semi-Private or Private Tuition is assessed monthly for the total classes in that month.  Semi-Private or Private Tuition is non refundable for the month.  Missed Semi-Privates or Privates are the responsibility of the student to schedule make-up.  The Director reserves the right to cancel semi-private or private time if the student has missed a total of 2 classes in three months
