Raised in Paoli, Pennsylvania, Robert started dancing at the age of twelve with Betsy. He was a member of the company and won many competitions and scholarships during his study there. Robert continued his training at Point park College in Pittsburgh, PA, where he also had the opportunity to do the works of David Parsons, Daniel Ezralow, Robert Battle and others. He continued his education in a more professional way with Hubbard Street 2 in January of 2002. Robert joined les Ballets Jazz de Montreal in 2003 in which he continues to perform throughout the world.
