The Betsy Daily School of Performing Arts welcomes to our faculty Yana Feldman of Philadelphia, PA. She studied with the Olga Kresin Ballet School from 2001-2007, attended the Odessa Choreographic School (Ukraine Ballet Academy), The Royal Ballet School (London, England) and the Washington School of Ballet (Washington, D.C.). She has performed with the Washington Ballet, Progetto Campagnia in Rome and numerous roles in Theatrical Ballets such as Alice in Wonderland, Ice Maiden, Snow Queen, Thumbelina, Tango Ballet, 12 Months, Greek Mythology and Game of Chess. Grand Pas De Deux/Variations Repertoire include: Raymonda, Paquita, Napoli, Le Corsaire, Swan Lake, Les Sylphides, Flower Festival of Genzano and Diana & Aceton.

Awards and Competitions include: Ukraine International Ballet Competition, Youth America Grand Prix 2005- Philadelphia: 1st Place Contemporary and 3rd Place Classical. New York: Finalist and top 12 winner. New York 2007: Finalist & Scholarships to Washington School of Ballet and Joffrey Ballet. Tanzolymp Dance Festival, Berlin Germany 2005: 1st Place Classical and 1st Place Neo-Classical. 2009: Senior Category-1st place and performed in Gala Festival. Premio Roma Dance Competition, Italy 2010: Senior Age Divsion- Finalist and Laureate. Praize for Most Artistic Dance from the directors of Roma Accademia di Danza.
