All classes will be notified as to which rehearsal they must attend. Please be prepared to rehearsal either or both days.

**Recital tickets will go on sale in the winter/spring. Separate notices will be sent home for ticket orders-$21.00 per seat ($22 at the door) No refunds on tickets!!

No complimentary tickets are given, and there is a minimum of 3 tickets per family, however additional tickets may be purchased.

The concert is a major event used by my studio to motivate your child. It is something he or she will look back upon with pride. Because of the training involved, I attempt to create a professional attitude toward the concert. All is done to make this a pleasant and worthwhile experience for you and your child. To do this, I need your cooperation. Students and their parents who participate in the concert must be aware of the policies of my school.

The tenth and final payment for this year’s tuition is due the beginning of June 2011. No performer with an outstanding balance will be allowed to perform! All financial arrangements must be completed before the concert, in order for the student to perform. Payment is for a full month, not half of the month. With school trips, graduations, and vacations, May and June are the busiest months of the year. These months are also important to the concert. Students scheduled for rehearsals must attend unless I personally excuse them. Excessive absence from class will result in disqualification. Students must satisfy me that they are proficient enough to perform.

I will order ready-made costumes for all students. Costumes may be tried on as soon as they arrive. Adjustments of any kind must be made within 24 hours. Costumes come in standard sizes, so please measure your child carefully. To allow room for growth, please hold measuring tape loosely, especially when measuring girth. Costumes will be held until your tuition payments are up to date!!!

Tights, shoes, gloves, etc. are not considered part of the basic costume and are therefore not included in the costume price. If and when your child should need any of these extras, you will be notified. All shoes the children have now may be used for the concert, provided they are in good condition and fit properly. In some cases, the shoes may need to be dyed to match the costume.
