YULIYA RAKOVA

Yulia RakovaA teacher of classical and modern ballet from beginner to Master, Yuliya is a Master teacher. She is a graduate of the famed Perm Tchaikovsky State Choreographic Academy in Perm, Russia where she studied for over 8 years. In 1996, Yuliya was the "Arabesque" Competition Winner. Since her graduation in 1995, Yuliya performed on tour with the Perm Tchaikovsky Theater of Opera and Ballet. Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet is widely recognized as being one of the most prestigious Ballet companies in the world. From 1995 to 2003, Yuliya’s ballets and lead roles included Swan Lake – Pas de Trois and Odile; Don Quixote – Kitri; Giselle – Giselle; Nutcraker – Claire, Chinese, Devil Dolls; Chopiniana – Mazurka; Romeo and Juliet – Juliet; Kopelia – Svanilda; Sleeping Beauty – Bluebird, Diamond Fairy, Lilac Fairy; Anuta – Anuta; Serenade – soloist; Concerto Barocco – soloist; Between Sky and earth – soloist; Green – Soloist; Opius – soloist; and many other. Yuliya has choreographed classical and contemporary ballet pieces performed in Moscow. Additionally, she performed in several Vegas-based shows in Moscow.
